DNA Injector Pistol (Avid, ISO FDX)

The DNA Injector Pistol is designed to be used with the Avid disposable needle assemblies (AVID 2024, 2124, and 2324). It is designed for multiple uses and is made of a high impact plastic. The needle assembly fits securely on the injector pistol making it ideal for field or clinical use.

MUSICC Identification System (Avid, ISO FDX)

The Avid MUSICC Identification System features an integrated microchip cannister that securely stores 25 non-sterile microchips in plastic vials. The microchip cannister is preloaded with Avid, FECAVA, or ISO FDX-B coded microchips. The microchips can be sterilized by filling the MUSICC container with a cold sterile solution and placing the microchip cannister inside. Rotating the top of the microchip cannister, the microchip can be removed through the top of the carrier with the injector needle (AVID 3001). The MUSICC Identification System is ideal for field use where portability and convenience are important.
